Folktale Father: Stories and Illustrations on Being Abandoned By My Father consist of an essay, poetry and prose on my father wound. I had no idea I had feelings about my father’s absence. He wasn’t around so what was there to feel. Writing about my mother wound, led me to facing my father wound which led me to write this book. And I’m so excited to talk about it.
