Space 2: Write What You Imagine

This free and virtual guided writing workshop (6p EST) is a part of a series of workshops we’re doing called: Writing Spaces: Guided writing and drawing spaces for anyone in need of a dedicated space to write through their feelings & truths.

In this workshop, attendees will have space to imagine and dream up their desired realities while being guided by prompts and questions that help them write what they imagine. Our imagination is a gift we can use to create the life we want for ourselves. We don’t have to imagine practically, we get to imagine beyond because what we imagine becomes imprinted as a possibility in both our mind and body. Our imagination can break down any barriers to beliefs we may have about what we can experience in this lifetime.

Agenda:

  • An icebreaker to make the space warm

  • A breathing exercise to get into the moment

  • Theme dialogue: discussions about the intention of the workshop

  • Writing space: space to write through the theme

  • Drawing space: space to draw through the theme

  • Community dialogue: questions to spark discussion and talk about learnings

This workshop is for anyone who:

  • wants a dedicated to space to write

  • needs a space to journal

  • wants a dedicated space to draw

  • wants to alchemize their experiences

  • is excited to talk about the deep stuff

  • needs a judgement free space to be themselves

This is not intended to be a replacement for therapy.

This workshop is virtual and will take place at 6p EST.
